We spent last weekend at Kalahari, and every time we go, we’re reminded why it’s our favorite local getaway. Our kids say it’s their second favorite place in the world (second only to Disneyland), and honestly, we get it!

There’s something for everyone: slides, lazy rivers, wave pools, whirlpools, an outdoor waterpark, and even adults-only areas if you're going without kids (or want to take turns!). Our crew also loves the restaurants and what might be the best arcade around.

Meet Bonnie, a 1-year-old lab mix with a soft golden coat and a heart full of love. This affectionate girl adores kids and other dogs, often cuddling and playing with her furry friends. Though she can be timid due to past mistreatment, Bonnie’s gentle spirit shines through and she quickly warms up with kindness.

She is spayed, house-trained, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines. Bonnie prefers a home without cats. Located in Georgetown, her adoption fee has already been covered, so if you think she might be the pup for you, now is the perfect time to meet her!
