Dinner with a little momentum
Kura Revolving Sushi Bar turns an ordinary night out into something more playful. Sitting at 18725 FM 685 Suite 140, Pflugerville, TX 78660, the dining room stays in constant motion as sushi plates roll past your table and touch screens wait for your next move. Most plates land around $3.65, which makes trying a little of everything feel easy and low-pressure. It’s casual, lively, and built for curiosity.
The belt is just the beginning

The revolving conveyor sets the pace, but the tablet ordering keeps things flexible. Grab what catches your eye as it passes, or tap the screen when something specific sounds right. As plates stack up, the Bikkura-Pon game comes into play. Slide 15 empty plates into the slot and a cartoon mascot pops up on the screen, handing out a small prize. It adds a playful layer that turns dinner into a shared table goal.

Kura’s menu is rooted in its muten philosophy, meaning nothing added. No artificial sweeteners, preservatives, colorings, or seasonings. Imported wasabi, a house vinegar blend for the sushi rice, and broth sourced from Kyoto form the backbone of the menu, alongside ramen, udon, miso soup, tempura, and desserts. The concept began in Japan in 1977, with Kura Sushi USA launching in 2008, and the Pflugerville location brings that tradition-meets-tech approach right to the north Austin area.
