New store details
H-E-B has set September 17 at 6 a.m. as the opening date for its third Georgetown location, anchoring the Parmer Ranch Marketplace on the northeast corner of Ronald Reagan Boulevard and RM 2338. The $30 million project spans 112,000 square feet and will offer the full range of the grocer’s signature departments.
Shoppers will find a meat and seafood market, full-service deli, in-house bakery with made-fresh tortillas, sushi counter, and wine and beer selection. The store will also feature a Texas Backyard section stocked with grilling, gardening, and outdoor entertainment items, plus a Blooms floral shop.
Added conveniences
The new store expands on H-E-B’s growing curbside and delivery options, with designated parking for online pickup customers. A drive-thru pharmacy, fuel station, and car wash will also be available at the site.
Development background
Construction began in September 2024, with the store designed to serve as the anchor of the Parmer Ranch Marketplace shopping center. Alongside the grocer, additional retail, restaurant, and medical space is planned for the site. Early tenant filings show businesses such as Tomlinson’s Feed and Great Clips preparing to join the development.
Looking ahead
The opening marks the third H-E-B in Georgetown, underscoring the city’s rapid growth and the grocer’s deepening presence in Central Texas.
